DAMA is proud and so very excited to share with you our first ever 100% Cab Franc...and it's all Walla Walla fruit! This glorious wine speaks of rich red currants to raspberry fruits and then surprises you with a touch of violet and anise. Not only is the wine gorgeous but so is our label, created by Amy Mundwiler of Chicago's Maple & Ash Restaurant. Like the artwork this wine will be one of DAMA's Classics.

RAND SEELEY;s March 2019 "Review of Washington Wines": From the XL Vineyard in the South Valley, this 100% Cab Franc shows a deep ruby-garnet color and rich, smoky aromas of blackberries, cherries, plums, dried roses, mulberry, tobacco, orange peel, rosemary and smoldering incense. The flavors are thick and fleshy, marked by licorice, baker’s chocolate, roasted coffee beans and silty loam. The intensity continues on the back with roasted berries and nuts, mocha, touches of leather and burnt toast, followed by a lengthy rich, herb dusted ripe tannin finish. 19/20 points.
JAMES SUCKLING: 22 Apr, 2019 – A soft, ripe and approachable cab franc that delivers a redder-tinged style of fruit with less of the herbal and leafy nuances, so often seen, and more glossy, sweet-fruit emphasis. Drink now. | 90 points.
